Questions owners ask
Do I need a computer?
No. DLpass works on any smartphone. You can also open the owner app on a laptop if you prefer a bigger screen.
Who enters my existing students and fees?
Our team helps you set up, so you start with your students, fees and cars already in the app.
Is my school's data safe?
Your data belongs to you and only your school can see it. You can export it at any time.
Does it work for two-wheeler training?
Yes. Cars and two-wheelers are both supported, and two-wheelers are free. You only pay per car.
How does class tracking work? Is it private?
Location is recorded only while a class is in progress, from when the student starts the class to when it ends. Nothing is tracked before, after or between classes, so instructors and students aren't followed outside training.
How are the RTO forms prepared?
DLpass prepares Form 14, 15 and 5 from the student, class and attendance records already in the app. You review them, correct anything if needed, and then print or download. Always check the format your RTO currently asks for.
How do the WhatsApp reminders work?
DLpass sends fee and renewal reminders on WhatsApp before each due date or expiry. You choose which reminders go out, and anyone who asks to stop receiving them can be removed.
How long does setup take?
It depends on how many students and records you have. Our team helps you get started with your active students, instructors and cars first, so you can use DLpass straight away and add older records over time.
What happens to my existing registers and data?
Share your registers, Excel sheets or photos and our team helps bring them into DLpass. Your originals aren't changed, and everything you put in DLpass can be exported whenever you want.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. There's no lock-in, and your data stays yours to export.
